How to book an appointment:
- Each appointment is for 1 person (we do not allow sharing of changing rooms)
- Each appointment is an hour long and each trying-on customer can bring up to 4 guests.
- Each customer must be accompanied by their OWN parent/guardian to try dresses on

Absolutely brilliant service from beginning to end. It was more than a prom dress, it was a whole experience! The owner was very patient as we tried on so many dresses, nothing was too much trouble and the dress we finally chose was stunning. Very good quality. And the fact that no one else could’ve bought the exact same dress from there really eased my daughter’s anxiety around turning up in the same as someone else! 🤦🏼♀️ no doubt in a couple of years we’ll be back… for her wedding dress! Me and my daughter paid a visit to the Prom Queen shop after visiting others and we were so impressed with the 1:1, bespoke customer service provided by Clare. No pressure, no timings to make a decision, tried many on and retried with feeling awkward, just fantastic customer service that really made my daughter feel at ease. We attended a private appointment with Claire to choose my daughters pro dress, what a fantastic service from start to finish. There are so many dresses to select & try on, my daughter was given the time to try on as many dresses as she wanted & very helpful and honest advice was given by Claire, the dress Erin choose was stunning & arrived swiftly.

The shop had so many dresses to choose from and some jaw dropping ones indeed. The experience was amazing Claire was a lovely lady very helpful and truthful which is what I wanted. It made me feel so comfortable been there on my own as a 1 on 1 appointment we had a great time choosing dresses thank you so much for an amazing experience highly recommend to everyone.!!
